Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations

Once a service has been confirmed and work has started, it cannot be cancelled, except where your order form, statement of work or contract expressly allows it.

BentoBox subscriptions follow the cancellation and termination terms in the BentoBox Terms and Conditions.

Refunds

Refunds, where they apply, are made only for services that were not delivered because of a failure on our side or a technical limitation. Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method.

To request a cancellation or refund, email info@clarus24.com with your order or invoice number.

Shipping and delivery

Clarus24 delivers digital services and consultation remotely. Physical items, if any (such as documentation or accessories), are sent by registered courier, and we confirm the expected delivery time when we confirm your order. Delivery issues or delays are handled case by case.

Disputes

This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute about a cancellation, refund or delivery is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
