Privacy Notice

Effective 1 January 2025. Last updated 4 October 2026.

Introduction

Clarus24 (“we”, “our” or “us”) is committed to protecting your personal information and respecting your privacy. This notice explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information when you use our websites, contact us or use our services.

Clarus24 is headquartered in India and operates in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom and the United States. We comply with the data protection laws that apply to us in those countries, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law, the UK GDPR and applicable US state privacy laws.

Who is responsible for your data

This website, clarus24.ae, is operated by Clarus Twentyfour IT Services LLC, Dubai (Dubai trade licence 1395573), which is the controller of the personal data collected through it. Our address is 08R-SH Commercial, Saih Shuaib 3, Dubai Industrial City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Scope

This notice covers clarus24.com, clarus24.ae, clarus24.in and the forms and booking pages they link to (together, the “Clarus24 websites”). Our websites link to third-party sites, such as LinkedIn and our payment providers. We do not control those sites, and their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

Our websites are intended for business users. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill in a form, book a meeting, apply for a job, place an order, email us or call us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, job title, organisation, country and city, industry, and anything else you choose to tell us. If you apply for a role, we also collect the CV and details you send.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our websites we may collect your IP address, browser and device details, the pages you view and how you arrived, using server logs, cookies and similar technologies. Our Cookie Policy explains which ones we use and how to control them.

Payments

Online payments are taken by Stripe on its own secure pages. We receive confirmation of the payment and the details needed to match it to your invoice, but we never see or store your full card details.

How we use your information

Legal basis

Depending on where you are and what you ask us to do, we rely on your consent, the need to take steps before entering into, or to perform, a contract with you, our legal obligations, or our legitimate interests in running and growing our business, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.

Who we share it with

Everyone we share personal data with must keep it confidential and secure. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

As we operate across several countries, your information may be stored in or accessed from a country other than your own. Where we transfer it, we use safeguards that the applicable law recognises, such as contractual clauses with the recipient.

How we protect it

We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption, access controls with multi-factor authentication, regular vulnerability assessments and staff training.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose for which we collected it, or as long as the law requires, for example for tax and accounting records. Job applications that do not lead to an offer are deleted within 12 months unless you ask us to keep them longer.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us for access to your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights:

United Arab Emirates

If you are in the UAE, we process your personal data in line with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. You can ask us to give you access to your data, correct it, erase it, restrict or stop its processing, and send it to you or another provider in a structured format. You can also object to direct marketing at any time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the UAE Data Office.

Saudi Arabia

If you are in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we process your personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Law. You can ask to be informed about how your data is used, to access and obtain a copy of it, to have it corrected or completed, and to have it destroyed when it is no longer needed. You may complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).

India

If you are in India, we process your digital personal data as a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Where we rely on your consent you can withdraw it at any time, as easily as you gave it. You can ask for a summary of the personal data we hold and how we use it, ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it, and nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to do so. Please raise any grievance with our Grievance Officer first (details below). If it is not resolved, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

United Kingdom and European Union

If you are in the UK or the EU, the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and the EU GDPR apply. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK or to your local supervisory authority in the EU.

United States

If you are in the United States, you may have rights under the privacy laws of your state, such as the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

To exercise any of your rights, email privacy@clarus24.com. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on a request, and we will reply within the time the applicable law allows.
